A recipe for hummus with chickpeas, garlic, tahini, nuts, parsley, lemon juice, and olive oil. A quick spread recipe to prepare. Spring is here and so are the evenings with friends. So nice!
Drain the chickpeas. Rinse and chop the parsley. Break the nuts. Place all the ingredients (except for the sesame seeds for final decoration) in a blender and blend gently, adding olive oil gradually until a smooth cream is achieved.
Fill ramekins and appetizer spoons. For decoration, add one or two walnut halves and sesame seeds.
To finish, enjoy with breadsticks.
