Make strawberries in a salad like tomatoes, here is an absolutely divine recipe. It uses tail pepper, which I didn't have, so I replaced it with Timiz pepper, and I really did not regret it. It is a pepper that is not hot and delivers delicate aromas. You have two options available to you, as a starter or as a dessert!
Wash and hull the strawberries. Cut the larger ones in half and place them in a mixing bowl.
Prepare the sauce. In a bowl, combine the honey, lemon juice, and olive oil. Mix them well by whisking with a fork. Rinse, dry, and pluck the basil leaves. Set aside. Finely grate the Timiz pepper in a small container.
To finish, pour the sauce over the strawberries and mix gently. Sprinkle with a few basil leaves, then add two pinches of grated spiced pepper. Gently mix and let rest for 30 minutes before serving at room temperature.
