 4 Potato
 2 Tomato
 20 Fresh cream (or milk)
 1 pinch Garlic
 1 pinch Provençal herbs
 1 pinch Salt and pepper

Preparation of the vegetables. Slice the vegetables into thin rounds. Butter a baking dish, then layer the potatoes and zucchini, seasoning with salt and pepper regularly. Finish with the tomatoes.

Preparation of the mixture Spread the cream or milk over the preparation. Sprinkle with chopped garlic, herbs, and grated cheese.

Cooking Cook in the microwave at 750 W and grill for 15 minutes. You can also bake in a conventional oven at 200 °C (thermostat 7) for about 45 minutes.

    After 45 minutes, the potatoes and zucchini are not cooked enough. But the gratin is good.
