Here is a new recipe for easy zucchini fritters… Just to change things up! These Italian-style fritters, made with grated zucchini and parsley, are cooked in a pan.

 3 Zucchini
 1 White onion
 3 Egg
 4 Parsley
 3 Flour
 Sunflower oil
 ½ Salt
 Pepper

Preparation of grated zucchini. Wash the zucchini, grate them without peeling, then salt them and let them drain for 90 minutes in a colander. Squeeze the zucchini well with your hands to extract all the water and place them in a bowl.

Add the ingredients: Add the chopped onion, parsley, eggs, and flour. Season with pepper and mix everything well.

Cooking Zucchini Fritters Heat a pan with about 1 cm of sunflower oil. When the oil is sizzling, place small scoops of batter (1 tablespoon of batter each) into the pan. Cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fritters are golden. Serve the fritters alone, warm or cold.

    Without fat, without frying There is still frying. My suggestion: Without oil, put all the ingredients, once well mixed, into a waffle mold: delicious and light.

    With small diced ham My suggestion: For a more complete dish, I add small diced ham and voila, with a nice salad, a lovely recipe for a summer evening and especially a good way to get kids to eat zucchini.

    Not bad! I made these donuts tonight. I added 1 tablespoon of cornstarch: it was very good. However, a bit bland and too liquid. I had to add more flour. Otherwise, it’s a recipe to recommend; everyone loved it, with fish cooked in a pouch. My suggestion: You should add more flour and more salt.

    Zucchini Fritters Great!! I added a clove of garlic and it was perfect, even though the center of the fritter remains a bit too soft ?? If there’s a tip, please let me know, thanks, but I will make them again anyway.
