    My siphon has a capacity of 500ml, and since it must be filled to a maximum of half, I divided all the ingredients by 2, and of course, I used only one gas cartridge (as indicated in my manual). I had chilled the cream and the siphon for a few hours beforehand, so everything was nice and cold. The cream was good and held up well, but it was still too sweet! The amount of sugar really needs to be reduced.

    Good but doesn’t hold up well. The whipped cream is very good. My suggestion: It needs to be kept in the cold for a long time because it didn’t hold up very well for me.

    Parfait Excellent recipe, indeed whole cream is recommended. I chilled the cream and the siphon a bit beforehand... I had great success! Thank you. ;-)

    Very sweet Excellent and quick recipe. Personally, I use 30 grams of powdered sugar, and it's sweet enough that way. My suggestion: Reduce the amount of sugar to 30 grams.
