Very easy recipe for Banana Bread.

Ingredients
 3 Ripe bananas
 3 Eggs
 1 Vanilla bean
 195 Flour
 160 Light brown cane sugar
 125 Butter
 1 Maple syrup
 1 Baking powder

Melt the butter and mix it with the sugar and maple syrup. Add the eggs one by one, mixing in between each. Pour in the flour, baking powder, and baking soda, and mix until you have a smooth batter.

Cut the vanilla beans in half lengthwise and scrape with a knife to extract the seeds and add them to the batter. Preheat the oven to 180°C or 350°F.

Using a fork, mash the bananas into puree. Pour this puree into the batter.

To finish, bake for 45 minutes. Let cool and enjoy.
