Mix the sausage meat with all the spices. Be careful not to add salt!
Wash the zucchini and cut them in half lengthwise. Hollow them out and distribute the sausage meat into each half.
Spread the rice at the bottom of the dish, place the zucchini on the rice, and cover the rice with salted water. The water should completely cover the rice.
Bake at 200°C for about 35 minutes. Check the rice for doneness before removing the dish from the oven and add a little water if needed.
