The recipe for lollipop cookies seen in the series, also known as sugar honeycomb. A mini cake that's almost easy to make.
Put the sugar in a saucepan - use a wide saucepan so that the sugar is well spread out.
Cook over low heat until a caramel forms.
Add the baking soda and mix until the mixture stops fizzing.
Pour the mixture onto a smooth surface - in one large circle or in several small circles to create several small lollipops.
Cut out a lollipop shape with a cookie cutter and draw a design without fully cutting through the dough - you can use a cookie cutter or a stick to draw, but you need to act quickly as the mixture sets fast.
To finish, insert a stick and wait for the lollipop to set.
