A recipe for a sweet cake.
Preheat the oven to 180°C. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour with the baking soda, baking powder, salt, and spices. Set aside.
Using a mixer or an electric whisk, beat the eggs with the sugar, honey, almond purée, buttermilk, and orange zest. Add the dry mixture to this blend in 3 parts (avoid overmixing at this stage).
Pour your mixture into a greased and floured Bundt cake pan. Bake for 40 minutes (a knife should come out clean).
Let it cool for 10 to 15 minutes before removing your cake from the pan.
Meanwhile, mix the powdered sugar with the honey and lemon juice (adjust the amount of lemon juice according to the texture). Pour this mixture over your Bundt Cake.
To finish, let cool before serving!
