Ingredients
 130 Almond drink
 3 Vanilla tea
 200 Flour
 100 Almond powder
 1 pinch Powdered vanilla
 1 Baking powder
 1 pinch Salt
 3 Egg
 Olive oil
 3 Pear
 Sliced almonds
Directions
1

Bring the plant-based drink to a boil and let the vanilla tea infuse.

2

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). In a mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients: flour, almond flour, sugar, vanilla, baking powder, and salt. Add the eggs and mix again.

3

Strain the plant-based drink if necessary (to remove the tea if you haven't placed it in a tea ball beforehand). Add to the previous mixture to thin it out, then incorporate the olive oil.

4

Wash, peel, and cut 3 small pears into very small cubes, then add to the rest of the batter and mix.

5

Pour the batter into the molds. Do not fill them to the top: the batter will rise during baking. Sprinkle with sliced almonds before baking for 15 minutes. Check the doneness with the tip of a knife: it should come out dry.

Soft, fine; we enjoyed it a lot. The only problem is that the amount of sugar is not indicated. I added it by estimation. The cooking time is a bit short. I added a few minutes to the cooking time.
