Savory Zucchini and Cheese Crumble Recipe

Savory version of the famous crumble. Served with a salad or as a side dish for meat or fish. You can also make this version with ground meat in addition to the zucchini and cheese (as shown in the photo).

Ingredients
 4 Zucchini
 3 Shallot
 60 Parmesan
 75 flour
 60 butter
 olive oil
 salt and pepper
 vegetable broth

Prepare the shallots: Remove the skin from the shallots. Slice them finely (or cut them into rounds). Sauté them in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil until they color.

Prepare the zucchinis: Wash the zucchinis. Cut them into thin slices (without peeling). Once the shallots are colored, add the zucchinis. Halfway through cooking, you can add vegetable broth (previously dissolved in water). Cook until they are tender. Add the cheese to the mixture: let it melt and turn off the heat. Salt and pepper to your liking.

Prepare the crumble dough: Mix the flour, cold butter, and cheese with your fingers. Form a dough and then crumble it into more or less large pieces.

To finish, the assembly and cooking: In an oven-safe dish, place the zucchini and then sprinkle the crumble mixture on top (it should cover the vegetables). Bake until the topping is golden brown. Approximately 20 minutes, depending on your oven (keep a close watch). Temperature: 210°C.
