Here’s a recipe that doesn’t shy away from indulgence. Of course, it’s not the lightest option, but no one is forcing you to eat all these chocolate bites at once (you can share them :D). They can even be frozen. Just take them out 3 to 4 hours before enjoying them.
Coarsely crumble the cookies.
In a mixing bowl, place the chocolate, butter, and peanut butter. Melt in the microwave at 600 Watts for 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
Mix and let cool before adding the mini marshmallows and cookie crumbs. Mix again.
Butter the mold and line it with parchment paper before pouring in the mixture. Smooth it out and let it set in the fridge overnight. Unmold and cut the pieces with a large knife (running the blade under hot water).
To finish, I chose to use graham crackers (as that was all I had), but you can use butter cookies or completely change direction and replace the cookies with puffed rice. I used a square mold measuring 20 by 20 cm.
