Hello everyone! You all know the famous yogurt cake, it's so light and so delicious! I found the recipe online where the apples are not mixed into the batter but placed on top of it.
In a mixing bowl, beat the sugar with the eggs. Add the yogurt and oil and mix. Once the mixture is smooth, add the flour and baking powder that have been mixed together beforehand. Then pour into a mold.
Wash, core, and slice the apples thinly. Arrange them on the dough in the mold. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 45 minutes. Let cool slightly before unmolding onto a wire rack.
Dust with a little powdered sugar and serve with a drizzle of caramel for extra indulgence!
To finish, you can have fun arranging the apple slices nicely on the dough, which I did not do...
