Pour the cocoa butter into a glass container. Place it in a pan with water and bring to a boil. Let the cocoa butter melt, then add the powdered sugar and 1 tablespoon of coconut. Stir to thoroughly combine the sugar and coconut with the cocoa.
Dust the molds with coconut. Distribute cranberries and then pour white chocolate on top.
Gently tap the molds to release any air bubbles.
To finish, let it cool before placing everything in the refrigerator.
