Make this delicious vegetable gratin with this recipe.
Cut the vegetables into thick slices; arrange the slices on a baking dish lined with parchment paper and greased.
Season the vegetables with oil, a little salt, and pepper. Cook in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.
When the vegetables are ready, place them in a greased baking dish, alternating layers of vegetables with slices of ham and small pieces of cheese.
Brush the vegetables with oil, sprinkle with pepper, and grill them in the oven until the cheese has melted and the vegetables are nicely browned.
To finish, remove from the oven, garnish with basil, and serve.
