A delicious pancake, perfect for snack time.
Mix the almond flour, coconut sugar, and one egg using an electric mixer. Roll out the two doughs on your work surface, dusting it with a little flour.
To obtain a longer dough: roll out the first dough, then overlap the second dough with ⅓ of the first dough. Spread your previous preparation evenly over the entire dough. Hide a bean in the preparation. Take one end of the dough and roll it up to form a log.
Using a knife, make cuts about 3 cm apart on your dough, alternating one cut on the left and the next on the right. Then, create volume for your dough by using your hands. To do this, thicken each cut by shaping the dough. Finally, join the two ends to form a crown.
Break and beat the second egg in a bowl and brush your king cake using a pastry brush.
To finish, bake your king cake in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 180°C on the convection setting. You can brown it in the oven using the grill mode for 5 minutes. Take it out of the oven and let it rest.
