 1 Potato
 1 Onion
 1 Vegetable broth
 4 Sour cream
 Olive oil
 Bread crouton

Wash and drain the turnip greens.

Peel and wash the potato. Cut it into 2 cm cubes.

Peel and slice the onion. Sauté it in a pot with olive oil.

Add the turnip leaves and wilt them for a few minutes.
