 12 Mushroom (large)
 150 Parmesan
 2 Tomato
 1 clove Garlic
 2 Olive oil
 1 Salt
 1 Pepper

Preheat the air fryer to 180°C.

Cut the tomatoes into small cubes.

Blend the garlic, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add the chopped tomatoes and mix.

Wash the mushrooms. Remove the stems from the mushrooms.

Fill the tops of the mushrooms with the parmesan and tomato mixture.

Place in the AirFryer basket and cook for 12 minutes.

To finish, sprinkle with chopped fresh herbs before serving.
