An foolproof cookie recipe for those who love them ultra gooey. Even when cooled, the chocolate remains melty. And the magical ingredient at tasting: smoked salt.

 220 Flour
 6 Baking powder
 45 Brown sugar
 55 Sugar
 100 Semi-salted butter
 1 Honey
 100 Chocolate
 Smoked salt
 1 Egg

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Place boiling water in a dish. Put butter in pieces into a bowl. Place the bowl in the dish and let it melt gently.

Mix the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, sugars.

When the butter is almost cooled, add the honey and the egg. Mix gently. Add this mixture to the flour and sugars.

Mix with your fingers and add the chocolate cut into small pieces.

Make balls with a diameter of 3/4 cm. Place them on parchment paper and bake for 7 minutes.

To finish, when you take them out of the oven, place the cookies on a rack. Press down in the center with the back of a tablespoon. Add a tiny pinch of smoked salt.
