Today I propose very soft cookies made with cooked egg yolks, very easy and quick to make. A real favorite.
Preheat the oven to 180°C, static heat.
In a bowl, mix the softened butter with the egg yolks using a spoon.
Add the sugar, cream, vanilla, and mix until smooth.
In a separate bowl, mix the flour and baking powder. Gradually add it to the first mixture and stir until you obtain a smooth, soft but not sticky dough.
Divide the dough into 8 and form balls.
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat, spacing them apart.
To finish, bake for 20 minutes or until the cookies are lightly browned.
