Recipe for Shortcrust Strawberry Tarts with Whipped Cream
Today, strawberries are in the spotlight. I filled shortcrust pastry tarts. A treat.

400 Strawberry
4 Semolina sugar
1 Orange blossom water
6 Mint

Clean the strawberries and blend them with the sugar, 6 mint leaves, and orange blossom water. (Taste and add more sugar if necessary.)

To finish, fill each tart with whipped cream on top. Enjoy immediately. Have a nice day.
