 90 Oat flakes
 125 Flour
 5 Baking powder
 5 Salt
 5 Baking soda
 120 Butter
 130 Sugar
 1 Egg

In a bowl, mix the seeds, the oats, the sugar, the salt, the yeast, the baking soda, and the flour.

In a mixer, combine the butter and sugar, then add the egg until achieving a smooth texture.

Add the dry mix.

Chop the chocolate and gently add it. Let the dough rest in the fridge for 2 hours.

To finish, shape 15 dough balls and place them on a baking sheet, then bake for 10 minutes at 190°C.
