 15 Coriander
 15 Chives
 1 Red onion
 1 clove Garlic
 1 Fried rice
 1 Sesame oil
 2 Soy sauce
 1 Thai red chili
 2 Little gem lettuce
 1 Peanut
 1 Lime
 15 Cucumber
 1 Olive oil

In a pan, grill the patties. Then keep them warm in the oven at 170°C for 6 minutes.

In a pan, over medium heat, toast the rice. Grind it using a mortar.

In a small bowl, pour in the sesame oil, soy sauce, chopped chili, crushed garlic, and the juice of a lime. Mix and set aside.

Prepare a salad with mint, coriander, and chopped chives.

Finely slice the red onion and cut the cucumber into sticks. Set aside.

Mix the herbs, onion, and cucumber.

Clean the lettuce and cut it in half lengthwise. Grill it in a pan with a drizzle of oil.

To finish, arrange the sliced tasting mixture on a plate, add the grilled lettuce, and garnish it with the herb salad, fried rice, a wedge of lemon, and crushed peanuts.
