Super fresh and fruity, this recipe for fruit domes with fresh cheese is perfect for dessert.
Line the muffin molds with plastic wrap. Soak the gelatin in a bowl of cold water.
In a mixer, whisk together the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and sour cream. Set aside.
In a small saucepan, heat 4 tablespoons of the mixture, remove from heat at the first simmer, add the wrung-out gelatin, and mix for a few minutes. Add it to the reserved mixture and mix again.
Pour it into the molds until halfway, then add the red fruits, pushing them in gently with your fingertips.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
To finish, at the moment of serving, gently unmold onto dessert plates, remove the film, and decorate with the remaining fruits and mint leaves.
