The sweetness of the flavor of the pumpkin for an autumn meal.
Cut the pumpkin into pieces, leaving the skin on. Remove the seeds from the pumpkin.
Peel the potatoes.
Cook in salted water, in a pressure cooker, the squash (with the skin) and the potatoes. Remove the skin from the squash.
Mash the pumpkin and the potatoes with a potato masher.
To finish, make a roux with butter and flour. Add the squash, potatoes, and milk while continuing to stir. Salt and pepper to taste. Add nutmeg according to your preference.
