 100 Spreadable paste
 200 Praline chocolate
 45 Hazelnut
 40 Almond

Melt the praliné chocolate in a double boiler. Roast the hazelnuts and almonds (dry roast in a very hot pan), then chop them.

Spread the spread over the rolled puff pastry. Add the melted praline chocolate on top. Finish with the crushed hazelnuts and almonds.

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Roll the end of one side of the puff pastry towards the center, and do the same with the opposite side of the puff pastry. Cut into pieces about one centimeter thick.

To finish, bake for about 10 minutes, until the pastries are golden.
