 50 Almond
 50 Prunes
 30 Cashews
 Sesame seeds

Blend the almonds. Add the prunes, cashews, flaxseed, and spirulina to the blender bowl and blend everything together.

Make a small sausage and roll it in sesame seeds.

Wrap and let harden for 1 hour in the fridge. Remove the wrap and cut into slices.

To finish NB: Use the seeds you have, whether it's poppy, sesame, or nigella... or omit the seeds if you don't have any! Spirulina is an algae that contains a large amount of protein, antioxidants, and gamma-linolenic acid (from the omega-6 family).
