Hello everyone! A little boost and we’re back on track! These little energy slices are so easy to make and so delicious that you always want more! It's exactly what you need after the holidays!!
Blend the almonds. Add the prunes, cashews, flaxseed, and spirulina to the blender bowl and blend everything together.
Make a small sausage and roll it in sesame seeds.
Wrap and let harden for 1 hour in the fridge. Remove the wrap and cut into slices.
To finish NB: Use the seeds you have, whether it's poppy, sesame, or nigella... or omit the seeds if you don't have any! Spirulina is an algae that contains a large amount of protein, antioxidants, and gamma-linolenic acid (from the omega-6 family).
