A recipe for gratin proposed by © Potato.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Slice the washed potatoes into rounds.
Rub a baking dish with garlic and butter it.
Bring 300 ml of milk, 300 ml of liquid cream, and 2 sprigs of rosemary to a boil in a saucepan.
ADD the honey off the heat, stir, and let infuse for 15 minutes, then remove the rosemary.
Place one third of the potatoes in the dish, sprinkle with 60 g of crumbled goat cheese, and pour one third of the milk mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Repeat this process 3 times and finish with pieces of butter.
BAKE for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Finally, serve hot.
