Breton custard Very easy recipe to make with children. Excellent with honey on top, to add 15 minutes before the end of cooking. Super tasty...

Papagateau A good base for a Breton cake (the natural one being the true version) that can be enhanced as desired. My suggestion: 15 minutes before the end of cooking, drizzle liquid caramel (sweetened butter will do) on top of the cake, calorie-rich but delicious.

plain far As a Breton, I approve of this recipe. Don't add too many fancy fruits, otherwise you no longer have a plain far. My suggestion: at any time of the day.

Excellent Simple and quick recipe for a delicious cake. It is not specified, but yes, you should use salted butter for it to taste better, even if it is obvious for someone from Brittany!

Not bad My suggestion: I would add a little more butter next time and less flour for the texture... But the recipe is great and foolproof! I added a pinch of spice blend! It was excellent, thank you.
