A subtle peanut flavor that pairs beautifully with white chocolate and pear!
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Roll out the pastry at the bottom of two tartlet molds and bake for 10 minutes at 180°C.
Meanwhile, melt the white chocolate and cream, mix and set aside. For the crumble: melt the peanut butter, then mix with the flour and brown sugar to obtain a slightly sandy dough. Peel the pear and cut it into thin slices.
To finish, take the dough out of the oven, place the slices of pear on each tartlet, and pour the chocolate-cream mixture over them. Finally, sprinkle the peanut butter crumble on top by breaking it into pieces. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 180°C. Remove and let cool. Enjoy.
