Recipe for Peanut Butter Filled Cookies

These peanut cookies are really very easy to make and especially delicious.

Ingredients
 20 Thick sour cream
 1 pinch of salt
 250 Flour
 350 I took peanut paste.
 100 Powdered sugar
 1 Cinnamon
 40 Butter

For 40 cookies. To prepare the dough, put the cream, salt, and then gradually add the flour while mixing until you obtain a smooth and lump-free dough. Let rest in the fridge for an hour.

To prepare the filling, roast the peanuts (if you are not using peanut butter) for about ten minutes, let them cool, and blend them with powdered sugar until they form a pliable paste. Add the cinnamon and butter, mixing well. Divide the ball into 4 and roll them into long sticks about 5 cm thick. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Take the dough out of the fridge, divide it into 4 pieces, then roll them out thinly, one by one, using a rolling pin. Place the peanut stick on the rolled-out dough, then roll it up until it is completely covered with dough without doubling the dough. Using a knife, separate the wrapped stick from the rest of the dough.

To finish, slightly flatten the sticks and cut them into pieces half a centimeter thick. Arrange them on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
