Beat the eggs in a bowl. Add the sugar and whisk until pale while adding the vanilla.
In a mixing bowl, pour in the flour and create a well in the center. Add the butter and then mix with your fingers, kneading well for 5 minutes. Create another well and add the cornstarch with the baking powder and your whipped eggs. Mix once again with your hands. Then pour in your peanut butter and mix.
Finish by adding your chocolate chips and mixing (yes, again) with the help of a scooping spoon, form spheres on a plate covered with parchment paper. Store in the fridge for an hour (to allow the dough to harden a bit).
To finish, preheat your oven for 10 minutes at 175° and place your cookies in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 180°.
