Enjoy this recipe for vegan and gluten-free peanut butter cookies.
Preheat your oven to 180°C. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, hazelnut powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Then add the peanut butter, oil, applesauce, plant-based milk, and chocolate chips. Mix until a dough is formed.
Finally, form balls of dough, then flatten them into cookie shapes as the dough does not spread while baking. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake the cookies at 180°C for 15 to 20 minutes. Let them cool and enjoy!
