This refreshing dessert is perfect at the end of a summer meal. You can also serve it with some almond cookies.
Peel and pit the peaches. Cut them into wedges. Cook them gently for about 10 minutes with the vanilla, 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar, water, and lemon juice. Let cool in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
After this cooling time, blend the peaches in a blender. Add a little water if it seems too thick. Divide the mixture into 4 bowls and put it back in the fridge.
To finish, at the time of serving, add a drizzle of strawberry sauce on top, 3 raspberries per glass, a sprinkle of powdered sugar, and a few lime zest shavings. Serve very cold!
