A child's play to make it. And by the way, why not do it with them? They will be delighted to cook like dad or mom!
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour with the cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and coriander. Set aside.
In a skillet, heat the sugar with the honey for 5 minutes.
Add the candied fruits, almonds, hazelnuts, and raisins. Off the heat, add the flour and spice mixture and mix well.
Place a sheet of baking paper in the square mold and pour the mixture on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 150°C for 30 minutes. Allow to cool, unmold, and dust with powdered sugar. Cut into slices, squares, diamonds, or triangles.
To finish: Note: There are still some nice little treats to enjoy with a good coffee but also to offer for the holidays! You can of course vary the spices as well as the dried fruits and candied fruits.
