Mini pastries with pink pralines to bring color and indulgence. I really love pink pralines!
Blend the pink pralines into a powder. Heat the milk, butter, and vanilla extract to 60° and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, add the flour, sugar, praline powder, and salt. Add the egg and the yolk. Mix while gradually adding the warm milk. Let it rest in the fridge for 8 hours.
Preheat your oven to 200°. Fill the mini mold to 5mm from the edge. Bake for 35 minutes. Let cool for 3 minutes before unmolding.
