    I just finished eating the cake and it is delicious, wonderfully moist, not dry at all, and I love the recipe, certainly with less sugar as well. I have never left a comment before, but it was so, so good that I am proud.

    Very good recipe, I really enjoyed it. However, I followed the recommendations for the sugar using only 110g, which seemed sufficient to me. And it turned out to be the case.

    I accidentally混合了sugar and egg whites, so I added the yolks... But the result was delicious and well-aerated!!! I reduced the sugar by half....

    Delicious cake. I sliced 2 bananas into rounds and placed them at the bottom of the pan on a bed of caramel. I unmolded it onto a plate with the banana rounds on top.

    Really good! I'm not a fan of bananas, but a friend had a lot of very ripe bananas and to avoid throwing them away, I made this cake. Well, against all odds, I liked it and even had seconds. Honestly, I recommend it.
