Mix all the ingredients for the shortcrust pastry and line a mold. Bake blind for about 15 minutes.
Mix all the ingredients to make the coconut cream and spread it over the shortcrust pastry. Return to the oven for 15 minutes.
Mix the ingredients to make the lemon cream and heat for 1 minute in the microwave, repeating this operation 5 times. Stir between each minute. For a nice presentation, pour the cream into a silicone mold and let it set in the freezer.
Pour the lemon cream over the coconut cream.
Finally, whip the egg whites with the sugar and pipe them onto your tart as desired, then give it a quick pass with a blowtorch. Enjoy your tasting.
