Simple, delicious, moist, this cake has everything to please!
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease and lightly flour a loaf pan.
Put the sifted flour in a bowl with the yeast, add the whole eggs, honey, coconut milk, and then the shredded coconut, mixing until you achieve a smooth batter. Incorporate the liqueur (optional) into the mixture.
To finish, pour the batter into the mold, sprinkle the top with the coconut, and place in a medium oven for about 35 minutes. Remove from the oven and place the cake on a wire rack. Allow to cool. Enjoy it as is with tea or coffee, or accompanied by chocolate sauce, whipped cream, or a berry coulis... Enjoy!
