A crunchy dessert for Ramadan, this is of course cigars, here is a version with almonds, cinnamon, honey, and orange blossom that will help you finish your meal on a sweet note.
In a food processor, grind the almonds into a powder.
In a bowl, mix the almond flour, ground cinnamon, and sugar.
After mixing, add the orange flower water and the melted butter. It is important to mix well to obtain a uniform dough.
Take a bit of dough and roll it between your hands to form sticks.
Place each dough stick on a sheet and then roll the sheet into a cigar shape.
Heat the oil in a small saucepan to fry the cigars until they achieve a nice golden color.
To finish, drain each roll before dipping them in hot honey. Let them drain again before enjoying.
