When the temperatures are cool in the evening, a soup warms us up while providing us with vitamins. This broccoli soup is simple to prepare and delicious. The coconut milk adds a touch of sweetness.
Wash the broccoli and cut it into florets.
Cook the potatoes in salted cold water, with their skin. Drain them, peel them, and cut them roughly. Steam or boil the broccoli in salted water (or vegetable broth).
Blend the cooked broccoli with potatoes and the broccoli cooking water, or vegetable broth, until you reach the desired consistency. Add the coconut milk. Adjust the seasoning if needed, and add pepper and chili.
To finish, serve very hot.
