Here is my recipe for cranberry coconut or white chocolate lollipops, organic, gluten-free, dairy-free, and egg-free. A healthy treat that is easy to make and very indulgent at the same time. Perfect to prepare with children for a delightful moment of sharing.
Pour the cranberries, coconut oil, and sea salt into a blender. Blend until you achieve a smooth paste. Remove the paste, flatten it, and wrap it. Place in the refrigerator for an hour.
Put the cacao butter and powdered sugar in a bowl. Melt everything in a double boiler and let it rest for 5 minutes. Pour some shredded coconut onto a plate.
Take the cranberry dough and divide it into 8. Form balls. Stick them onto lollipop sticks. Coat 4 in white chocolate and 4 in shredded coconut.
To finish, place in the refrigerator for one hour before enjoying them.
