I suggest a recipe for Indian soup: coral lentil soup with peanuts, butternut squash, and coconut milk. A comforting meal soup to enjoy while warm.

 350 Butternut squash
 ½ Onion
 1 Fresh ginger root
 1 clove Garlic
 100 Red lentils
 1 Vegetable broth cube
 1 Curry
 1 Tomato paste
 2 Peanut puree
 150 Coconut milk
 1 Chopped cilantro
Directions

Cut the peeled butternut squash into cubes. Peel and chop the onion. Sauté them in a large pot with olive oil. Add the chopped garlic, chopped ginger, the squash, and the lentils. Add enough water to cover, then add the broth cube and curry. Cover and let cook for 25 minutes.

To finish, blend 2/3 of the soup with the tomato concentrate, peanut butter, coconut milk, and a pinch of salt. Mix with the remaining soup and add chopped fresh cilantro. Serve hot and enjoy. A journey for the taste buds!
