Delicious recipe, I just replaced the noodles with fresh rice vermicelli but without the shrimp. My partner made a little condiment on the side with dried chilis, lime leaves, and lime juice, it was amazing!!!! (I must emphasize this because it’s not often he takes the initiative in the kitchen.)

A treat Really delicious and filling, perfect for a balanced evening meal. Thank you, easy to make and my husband loved it. My suggestion: Next time I will use rice noodles instead of the egg noodles, which I found a bit too thick.
