Discover this coconut milk Chinese soup recipe. This recipe can perfectly serve as a complete dish for dinner or be served as an appetizer throughout the year.
Preparation of the ingredients Soak the mushrooms for 10 minutes in boiling water. Julienne all the vegetables (onion, leeks, carrots, beans) and cut the chicken into cubes as well as the shrimp.
Cooking In a large pot, heat the oil. Sauté the vegetables and the garlic clove for 5 minutes without coloring.
Stewing Add the drained mushrooms cut into small pieces and the broth cube. Cover with water. Let cook for 15 minutes covered on low heat.
Serve by adding the coconut milk, soy sauce, coriander, ginger, chicken, and shrimp, then season with pepper and salt if needed. Add the uncooked noodles and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Serve hot in bowls.
