Prep Time10 minsCook Time20 minsTotal Time30 mins
Ingredients
 75 Unsalted butter
 500 Chestnut cream
 3 Eggs
Directions
1

Preheat your oven to 200°C. Melt the butter in the microwave for 1 minute at 750 watts. You can use a saucepan if you don't have a microwave. In a mixing bowl, pour in the chestnut cream and add the melted butter. Mix gently. Once you have a homogeneous mixture, add the eggs one by one and mix well.

2

To finish, pour the mixture into a silicone mold with small, shallow compartments to obtain individual cakes. I use a mold with 15 compartments. You will end up with around thirty small cakes. Bake in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes. The tops of the cakes should begin to brown. Then let cool and enjoy!
