 1 small green cabbage or 1/2 if it is large
 2 eggs
 ½ a container of liquid cream or soy cream (about 100 ml)
 1 Onion
 2 Shallots
 Grated cheese
Directions

Preheat the oven to 180°C/200°C. Cook the green cabbage in the pressure cooker for 5 to 10 minutes, then blend it.

Mix the chopped cabbage with all the ingredients (except the grated cheese).

Place in a baking dish, sprinkle with grated cheese.

To finish, bake for 45 minutes and then serve (even better the next day).

    I think I've improved it; I added an egg, milk, and cream compared to the recipe, which I believe lacks details. I sautéed the ground meat with the shallots, added herbs for meatballs, and then layered everything like a shepherd’s pie, having oiled the baking dish beforehand. It was very good! I hadn't chopped the cabbage finely; I cut it into thick slices... Thank you for the inspiration, nonetheless...

    Protein Certainly delicious to make without a doubt, but... My suggestion: why add soy cream when there is already the protein from the meat? I think it's better to stick with regular cream or replace the meat!

    Complete meal It's a good way to eat green cabbage... My suggestion: I replaced the ground meat with sausage meat. No need to add salt or pepper.

    Surprising A bit difficult to blend the cabbage, I did it with chicken broth. Surprising result: pleasant texture, the onions remain crispy. I topped it with parmesan. Very good.

    Green cabbage gratin Good, but nothing special. My suggestion: I made a good homemade mashed potato using steamed potatoes. Blend them, add light liquid cream, blend again, then add two eggs, salt, and pepper.
