 150 Buckwheat flour
 150 Grated Parmesan
 1 Egg yolk
 1 whole egg

In a mixing bowl, place the softened butter, buckwheat flour, grated cheese, the egg yolk, and the whole egg. Mix well to form the dough.

Roll out the dough and shape the cookies as desired. Brush with some egg wash. Place in the oven at 160 degrees and bake until nicely colored.

To finish, enjoy with a glass of traditional cider!
