Enjoy these Banana Spring Rolls with chocolate sauce. Quick and delicious.
Chocolate sauce: Place the cream and chocolate in a bowl and melt in a double boiler or microwave. Keep warm.
Spring Rolls: Preheat the oven to 180°C. Peel and slice the bananas into rounds. Drizzle with lemon juice to prevent browning and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Melt the butter in the microwave.
Cut the pastry sheets in half and brush them with melted butter. Fold the rounded part, place 4 to 5 slices of banana, and roll. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
Lastly, brush the top with the remaining butter and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Bake for a few minutes. Enjoy immediately with the chocolate sauce.
