Recipe for Banana and Cocoa Energy Balls

 1 banana
 6 dates
 1 vanilla extract
 120 oats
 1 coconut oil
 4 cocoa powder
 1 water
 100 coconut powder
Directions

Remove the pits from the dates and place them in the bowl of the blender.

Add the previously peeled and sliced banana, along with the oatmeal, coconut oil, cocoa powder, and water.

Blend until a nice, smooth dough is obtained.

Form small balls about 3 cm in diameter and then roll them in the coconut powder. Store in an airtight container.

To finish, an alternative: roll the balls in cocoa powder.
