Preparation of the dough Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Mix all the ingredients together in the order given above and pour into a greased pan if it is not a silicone mold.

Finally, bake for 30 minutes at 180 °C. Let cool before unmolding.

    The cake is very good, I recommend the recipe, but if you want to truly taste the flavor of vanilla, use vanilla baking powder, liquid vanilla flavoring, and finally, vanilla sugar. Enjoy!

    Very good! Next time I will use a little bit less sugar. However, I have the impression that the cake didn't bake well inside... yet I even left it for an extra 15 minutes...

    Perfect, ultra soft and delicious. I replaced the vanilla flavoring (which I didn't have) with vanilla sugar (adding less "regular" sugar), this is the second time I make it. The first time I also added a few chocolate chips.

    A treat! I made it with my 3-and-a-half-year-old daughter, I followed everything to the letter, except for the vanilla extract that I didn't have, which I replaced with 2 tablespoons of amaretto liqueur. Soft, flavorful, delicious, will definitely make it again (I might use only 125g of sugar instead of 150g next time)!
